TOKYO RUN CLUB is an open running community designed to make running in Tokyo more accessible and easy to join. Three to four times a week, the community announces a meeting point and time, where participants gather for morning or evening runs. Each run starts and ends on-site, with no membership fee, no annual dues, no participation cost, and no advance sign-up required.

Whether you are a first-time runner, a local regular, or visiting Tokyo for leisure or business, everyone is welcome at the starting line. Runners split into pace-based groups and cover 5 to 10 km, so even beginners can join comfortably. The runs are English-friendly, so visitors from overseas can take part even if they do not speak Japanese.

Travelers visiting Tokyo for leisure or business can also rent running shoes, apparel, caps, and other items through One Laplace's clothing rental service, Laplace closet. The service offers same-day delivery, hotel pickup and return, and on-site pickup at the meeting point, so even travelers who arrive in Tokyo empty-handed can join a run the same day.

The meeting point and time for each run are announced one to two days in advance via Instagram, LINE, Strava, and other channels.
