We are launching several services built around AI, and this is our zero-to-one stage. You would join as a founding member building products and video content for a global market. We welcome full-time employees, contractors, and people joining alongside their current work.

Terms and ways of working, common to every role
- Location
- Our office is in Tokyo; contact us for details. We recommend working on-site approximately two days per week, with remote work available on other days. Arrangements can be discussed based on individual circumstances.
- Employment type
- We offer permanent employment, fixed-term employment, and independent contractor arrangements. You may also join alongside your current job; we will discuss an arrangement that fits your circumstances.
- Compensation
- Compensation is determined according to our internal scale, based on experience and ability. We are also considering the introduction of a stock option plan.
